General Terms and Conditions for the Loyalty Program at Mistor.se

1. INTRODUCTION

 

1.1 Welcome to MI Fan Club, Loyalty Program at Mistor.se, Raraero AB, org.no. 559371-7332 (“Mistor.se”). When you join our loyalty program you become a member of the MI Fan Club and thus you accept these terms. The loyalty program is called "mi fan club" in these terms.

 

1.2 Membership in MI Fan Club is free to register and maintain.

 

1.3 As a member of MI Fan Club, you can earn Mi-Coins and take advantage of exclusive offers, discounts, events and other related events organized by Mistor.se in connection with MI Fan Club. As a logged-in member, we give you a tailor-made experience of Mistor.se with personal offers and recommendations via e-mail, notifications or social media.

2 membership

 

2.1 Membership of MI Fan Club is limited to private individuals and not available to companies.

 

2.2 Mi Fan Club is a national loyalty program and limited to purchases made online at Mistor.se.

 

2.3 By registering, you confirm that you are a private person who has reached the age of 18 and may enter into a legal agreement and that you accept these terms.

 

2.4 Membership in MI Fan Club is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. We have a limit on one membership per person, with a registered email address per person.

 

2.5 Companies, groups, associations and other organizations and purchasers who make commercial purchases or wholesale procurement may not join MI Fan Club or take part in the benefits of the loyalty program at Mistor.se.

 

2.6 It is always your responsibility to ensure that your e-mail address and other contact details are valid and up-to-date.

 

3 Mi-coins, discounts and bonuses

 

3.1 When a membership in the MI Fan Club is completed, all Mi-coins will be reset automatically and these cannot be recreated. All new membership in MI Fan Club is created with an account balance on 0 Mi-coins.

 

3.2 Mi-coins are valid for 12 months.

 

3.3 Mi-coins cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

 

3.4 Each Mi-Coin can only be used once.

 

3.5 Mi-coins can only be used on products and goods that are not discounted or have reduced price, nor can it be used in connection with another discount.

 

3.6 If you return an item, associated Mi-coins are drawn from your Mi-Coin balance.

 

4 Change or termination of membership

 

4.1 You can terminate your membership at MI Fan Club at any time by contacting customer service.

 

4.2 If you terminate your membership in MI Fan Club, you will lose any Mi-Coins connected to the membership account.

 

4.3 Mistor.se can terminate, change, restrict or modify the loyalty program MI Fan Club and all associated conditions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The latest conditions for MI Fan Club can always be read at Mistor.se.

 

4.4 Mistor.se reserves the right to make minor changes in the loyalty program MI Fan Club and its terms without notifying its members, provided that they are in line with the privacy policy and that they have no negative impact on the members. 4.5 Suspicions about abuse of the loyalty program MI Fan Club, fraud or attempted fraud can lead to the termination of membership, with or without supportive evidence, and then any Mi-Coins affiliated with the membership account are also eliminated.

5.1 Mistor.se is not responsible for any system errors in or impaired function by MI Fan Club or any consequences of this. Mistor.se takes no responsibility for loss or injuries - neither indirect nor direct - caused by exclusion, change or termination in any other way in connection with MI Fan Club, except for responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

 

6 applicable laws and regulations

 

6.1 These general conditions are regulated by Swedish legislation. All disputes must be resolved in the appropriate Swedish court.
