The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 is developed for longer daily trips with a 477 Wh lithium battery. Under Xiaomi's test conditions, the battery provides a range of up to approximately 60 km, which reduces the need for frequent charging during daily commuting.

Dual front spring suspension
The dual front spring suspension helps absorb vibrations and impacts from uneven road surfaces. This provides a smoother and more stable riding experience when commuting on asphalt, cobblestones, and other varied surfaces.
10-inch tubeless tires
The wide 10-inch tires feature a tubeless design and contribute to better stability and comfort during the ride. The larger contact area also helps provide a stable grip on the road surface.
Rear-wheel drive with up to 700 W maximum power
The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 5 is equipped with a rear-wheel drive motor with 350 W rated power and up to 700 W maximum power. The combination provides smooth acceleration and sufficient power for various urban environments.
The scooter is designed to handle inclines of up to approximately 18% under suitable conditions.
20 km/h and three riding modes
The Swedish version has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and offers three riding modes for different situations. The pedestrian mode limits the speed to 6 km/h, while the standard and sport modes can reach up to 20 km/h.
Controlled braking
At the front, there is a mechanical drum brake, while the rear wheel uses E-ABS. The systems work together to provide smooth and controlled braking during normal riding.
Integrated turn signals and smart lighting
Integrated turn signals make it easier to show other road users which direction you intend to turn. The scooter also has front and rear lighting that helps improve visibility when riding in low-light conditions.
The front light can be activated automatically depending on settings and usage conditions.
Smart control via Xiaomi Home
Through the Xiaomi Home app, you can view important information and manage several of the scooter's functions directly from your mobile.
Among other things, you can check battery status, lock the motor, manage lighting settings, adjust energy recovery, and install available firmware updates.
